Terms & Conditions
Two sets of ground rules: how you may use this website, and how we engage when you hire us. Written so you can actually read them.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They also outline how we engage on project work, but the detail of any project lives in a signed statement of work and the agreements that go with it. Where this page and your engagement documents disagree, the engagement documents win.
2. Using this website
The site exists to tell you honestly what we do and to help you talk to us. Please use it that way. Don't scrape it, load it with requests to test its limits, or try to access systems other than our own.
3. Content and intellectual property
The words, structure and design of this site belong to Confidosoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You're welcome to read and share what's here with a link back. If we've built something for you, the work product and IP transfer to you under the terms of our agreement. We don't reuse your engineering behind your back.
4. What our website isn't
Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, professional advice, or a commitment that any described service is available unchanged for your situation. Every engagement starts with a conversation and ends up precisely scoped, budgeted and written down.
5. How we engage
Project work follows a simple path we describe on the services page: a short assessment, a written scope and fixed budget, build in parallel with your existing system, then cut over when you're ready. Engagement terms (payment, acceptance, milestones and support) are agreed and signed before code changes.
6. Confidentiality
We treat what you show us as confidential from the first call. Our standard NDA covers both sides, and it's available before you tell us anything sensitive. Client data is never used for anything other than the work, and never to train our models.
7. Liability
We do the work to a standard we're proud to put our name on, with contracted milestones and support. Our liability is defined in our engagement agreements, which is exactly where it belongs. Nothing in those agreements limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. On this website, we're not liable for how you use the information we publish.
8. Third-party links
We link to sites we actually use and stand behind: our own products, our LinkedIn company page. If we link to a third party, their site and its terms are outside our control, and we're not responsible for them.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by Indian law, with the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat as the venue. Where you're based in the UK, EU or elsewhere and want a mutually agreed jurisdiction in our engagement contract, we're happy to agree that in writing. We sell software, not forum fights.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as our business evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version you relied on at the time remains the one that governed your use then.
